The lodge was set in a lovely location. Perfect break whether it is for a cosy break for 2 or a family holiday.

I would definately recommend this holiday, both to couples wanting a peaceful break and to families, the location was fantastic, the kids loved being able to watch rabbits and squirrels from the sofa, there were great woodland walks and the pool and gym couldn't be better. The leisure centre staff were friendly and helpful and the food was very nice. An all round great holiday.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at Bluebell Lodge and would definitely recommend it to anyone. We have two small children who loved to watch the wildlife on their doorstep and enjoyed the pool where the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were spotless and the food in the cafe was tasty and home made, and the lodge itself was clean, spacious and had everything you would need for your weeks holiday. There are also some great woodland walks if you want to wear out the kids. For a good meal there is a pub five minutes away by car called The Royal Oak (also known as the splash as you have to drive through a shallow stream to get there), which we visited a couple of times during the week - the childrens meals were especially good!

It is in a peaceful setting with other cabins not too close by with good quality furnishings and ammenities.
